the location was NEAR to the underground station, made getting around quite easy.
i WAS placed in a room in a separate building. this building felt unsafe and was quite a distance from the main hotel. the room itself was not clean, and the bed Linens looked used. i did not get a good night sleep there.

The staff were helpful with directions to local attractions. The proximity to the underground station simplified travel arrangements. I appreciated the in-room fridge.. it kept my drinks cold . The ability to store luggage after checkout was also a very useful service.
The sink in my room drained slowly. This made washing up a bit inconvenient.

I stayed here because it was very near the Royal London Hospital. The person at reception was courteous and showed me to the room, explaining about the available facilities. I found clear details on the Wi-Fi and door codes. The location is excellent being close to everything I needed.

the location were really convienient. it were close to transportation. the room includes a microwave which i find usefull. the staff had been very helpful . they cleaned my room everyday and changed towels.
the man working at the reception. he didn't even apologise for it. he asked me for id and didn't ask my friend for any. this.
